About Us
Centre for Development Management (CDM) was created, with the understanding that for government and its partners to reduce poverty of the people, they require development technical assistance to translate national policy objectives into viable development programmes that not only reduce poverty, but raise the living standards of people at local level. CDM was formed and begun its operations in 2002 by Bright Sibale a sole proprietorship. It got registered in 2003 as Consulting and Learning Facility. In 2003, Sibale was joined by Peter Jere as a Partner and the two have been working together ever since.
